September price hold at SemaPen: time to decide with clinical support

Many patients are weighing up next steps. To support calm, informed choices, we’re absorbing most of the Mounjaro® price rise through September for new and existing patients.

That means:

New starters: first month £159 with code WELCOME

From month two / existing patients:

• 2.5 mg £199
• 5 mg £225
• 7.5 mg £249
• 10 mg £275
• 12.5 mg £289
• 15 mg £299

This buys time to talk with our clinicians, adjust dose if appropriate, or consider Wegovy, which remains unchanged in price.

We expect to review pricing from 1 October 2025. Until then, our focus is continuity of care and helping you choose what suits you best.
